Carnauba wax has good emulsification, adhesion, friction, release, sliding and viscosity hardness adjustment, is one of the world's most widely applicable natural wax.

Glossiness is a major feature of carnauba wax. It has been widely used in coating films for food and pharmaceutical products such as icing chocolate, granular chewing gum, and nutritious food tablets, and has also been widely used in automotive waxes, floor waxes, leather polishes, and the like.
