Product Application
In the food industry
1) Baked products
As a natural emulsifier, it improves the ductility and elasticity of the dough and partially compensates for fat and protein.
2) Candy
"Viscosity modifier" is typically used in an amount of 0.2% to 0.6% of the total weight of the product.
3) Cookies
It can reduce the need for fat in biscuits or any product to about 20% to 25%. Increase the shelf life of biscuits and improve flavor.
