1. Features
Good solubility
Maltodextrin is easily soluble in water to form a uniform and stable solution without precipitation.

Low sweetness
The sweetness of maltodextrin is relatively low, only about 10% to 20% of the sweetness of sucrose.
This allows it to be used as a filler for low-sugar or sugar-free products to meet consumers' demand for low-sugar foods.
Low hygroscopicity
Maltodextrin has low hygroscopicity and is not easily affected by moisture and agglomeration.
