Montan Wax
 

Montan wax is a rare mineral,It is a mineral wax containing wax, resin and asphalt. Also known as Montane wax. A mixture of wax, resin, and asphalt obtained by extraction of a solvent (benzene, gasoline, etc.) from waxy coal (mainly lignite or some peat)

Application

1. Daily chemical industry: refined wax, which is deeply processed with lignite wax, is used as special effect cosmetics, such as lipstick, cream and hair spray.
2. Precision casting industry: as a medium and high temperature wax mold, it can improve the precision and finish of castings;
3. Rubber, plastics, textile industry: used as a lubricant, especially PVC engineering plastics used as a lubricant for molding and anti-adhesion;
4. Paper industry: used as sizing agent;
5. Electrical industry: wires and cables are used as insulation materials for waterproof, anti-corrosion, anti-stick, anti-aging, etc.
6. Printing industry: high-speed printing ink, carbon paper, typing wax paper, etc. used as paint, not easy to dry and crack, writing does not spread and permeate;
7. Packaging industry , hot melt adhesive industry and candle industry;
