Palm wax is a kind of plant wax which is prepared from plant as raw material through complex process. It is also an important non-petroleum wax. It is a good raw material for candles. It is also known as Brazilian carnauba wax, originated in Brazil, melting point at about 85 degrees Celsius, is a layer of wax on the surface of palm leaves, belonging to plant wax, high hardness, strong luster, polishing is good.

Carnauba wax is a wax of the leaves of the palm Copernicia prunifera, a plant native to Brazil, which grows only in the states of Ceará, Piauí and Rio Grande do Norte. Usually the wax is extracted in the form of hard brownish flakes.
